“We were referred to Kyle through our mortgage broker at the beginning of this year. Kyle was very approachable from the very beginning and walked us through the whole process, as we were first-time home buyers. We met with her a couple times in the beginning of our search and she was great to work with in person as well as on the phone and over email. Since we were looking within the Boston proper area, we felt that it was more efficient to go to multiple open houses via walking and didn’t feel that we needed her to come with us to every open house. Though, I’m sure she would have accompanied us if we had asked her to. Afterwards, we would email Kyle and let her know what we liked and didn’t like about each place so that she could get a better sense of our preferences. Kyle was honest with her opinions on some condos, which was very helpful. “Kyle was our listing agent for my place in the South End. As many people know, the residential condo market had softened quite a bit over the last few years. I had originally listed my place with another agent at another firm, and after 90 days I had no second showings, several missed appointments, and open house ads which never got placed. I knew that I had to look for a new agent to re-list my property, someone who could devote the time and attention that I felt was needed to sell my condo. Kyle provided a detailed marketing plan, and suggested ways to declutter and rearrange my furnishings to be most attractive to potential buyers. Selling a property in a shaky market can be a very emotional experience and there were many times when I needed reassurance that everything was going be okay.
